Maximize your vacation while reducing your stress.  Isela will be assisting you with your arrival by tracking your flight(s), meeting you with keys, showing you the property, introducing you to the staff and helping with anything you may need leading up to and during your stay.  Her concierge services are included in all rentals.

Dair  /  CHEF 

Enjoy exquisite meals at home with Chef Dair.  He will work with you to create a meal plan for breakfasts and dinners during your stay at Villa Ladera (chef services are NOT included in casita rentals). 

Dair will plan, shop, prep, cook, serve and clean.  The costs to purchase the groceries/liquor needed to prepare the meals are not included in the rental.  He is open to creating other dishes and looks forward to chatting about options (within reason). Some of Ladera's most loved dishes:  

•  Fish or chicken,  citrus salad, garlic bread and chocolate cake
• Chile Relleno, rice and beans, vegetables and brownies
• Enchiladas (chicken or cheese), beet salad and ice cream 
• Fajitas (beef, shrimp, chicken or veggie), beet salad and cupcakes
• Steak or lobster, baked potatoes, simple salad and gelato
• Grilled chicken or mahi mahi,  pear salad and tres leche cake

 Aurora  /  HOUSEKEEPING 

               Abel  /  HOUSEMAN 

Villa Ladera receives daily housekeeping services from Aurora.  She insures that things are spotlessly cleaned and sanitized and that the residences remain meticulously organized. She offers laundry services ($5 wash/dry, please no delicates).  Casita Lozano and Casita Escondida receive her services every other day.  

Abel is the groundsman and oversees all three properties.  He tends to the gardens, maintains the pools, takes care of any and all maintenance issues and performs bellman services.  He also bartends and assists Dair with serving meals in Ladera. 

It is customary for guests who rent villas in Puerto Vallarta to leave a gratuity of 15-20% of the total rental for the staff ... more if you ask them for extras, other services or have additional requests/requirements.  Dair, Aurora and Abel are truly interested in making sure that every aspect of your vacation is wonderful and they greatly appreciate your generosity.
