- No overnight guests / No pets

- Pools heated to 88f (temps can be raised for an additional fee)

- Smoking permitted outside only, not under the palapa

- Events considered with prior consent (additional fees apply)

- Groceries, liquor, gratuities and transportation costs are NOT included
