KINDLY NOTE 

- Quiet Hours from 11 pm - 9 am, seven days a week

- Check in 3 pm / check out 11 am

- No overnight guests / No pets

- Pools heated to 88f (temps can be raised for an additional fee). 

   They are not heated during low season.

- Smoking permitted outside only, not under the palapa

- Events considered with prior consent (additional fees apply)

- In the event damages occur all charges related to the incident must be paid prior to departure.

- a 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure the reservation. Second 50% deposit is due six weeks before arrival. Failure to pay within four weeks of arrival results in cancellation of booking.
