KINDLY NOTE 

- Initial 50% deposit due at time of booking, half of this is nonrefundable
- Second 50% payment due six weeks prior to arrival,  cancelations after this     

are nonrefundable    
- Grocery, liquor, gratuities and transportation costs are NOT INCLUDED  

- Rentals of two or more properties are subject to a 15% staff gratuity

- Quiet Hours from 11 pm - 9 am, seven days a week

- Check in 3 pm / check out 11 am

- No overnight guests / No pets

- Pools heated to 88f (temps can be raised for an additional fee)

- Smoking permitted outside only, not under the palapa

- Events considered with prior consent (additional fees apply)
