Chef Tino's is included with all Villa Ladera rentals (not available for casitas).  He collaborates with you to design customize menus, then handles all shopping, preparation and service for breakfast and dinner.  Abel serves meals and crafts evening cocktails.  Lunch and snacks are not offered, allowing time to source the freshest ingredients for dinner.  Grocery and liquor costs are additional with receipts provided.

Villa Ladera and Casitas is located on Santa Barbara St, directly above Los Muertos Beach.  A vibrant public staircase across the street leads to the sand in under two  minutes.  Old Town (Zona Romantica) is about a 10 - minute walk, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping and nightlife.

Absolutely!  Many guests choose to combine Villa Ladera with one of both casitas for added space and flexibility.  Couples often rent both casitas for proximity and privacy.  Booking the full compound offers exclusive use of all three properties and accommodates upto 14 guests. 

- A 50% deposit is required at booking; half of this deposit is nonrefundable.
- The remaining 50% is due six weeks prior to arrival,  cancellations after this     point are non-refundable.

- Grocery, liquor, and transportation costs are NOT included 

- Villa Ladera rentals and bookings of two or more properties are subject to a 15%     staff gratuity (100% goes directly to the staff)

Yes, extended stays are available and recommended for the best experience.  We find most groups tend to book 7-10 days, as this allows guests to get into the relaxed rhythm of life in the Zona Romantica.

YES!  Villa Ladera proudly welcomes LGBTQ+ guests and has long been a favorite in Puerto Vallarta's gay community.  We regularly host same sex couples and groups, many of whom return year after year.
