Chef Tino's services are included in Villa Ladera rentals (the casitas do not receive his services).  He will work with you to create menus and then shop, prep and create breakfasts and dinners.  Abel will graciously be serving your meals and mixing evening cocktails for you.  Lunch/snacks are not available as this time is used to source fresh ingredients daily.  Guests are responsible for the costs of all groceries and liquor.  Chef Tino will provide receipts for all purchases.

Villa Ladera and Casitas is located on Santa Barbara St, directly above Los Muertos Beach.  We are across the street from a colorful public staircase that guides you directly to the beach ... you will be in the sand in two minutes!

If you follow the lane towards town you will meandor for less than 10 minutes and arrive on Olas Altas which will lead you the bars, restaurants, shopping and excitement of Old Town.

Absolutely!  We have multiple groups each year that rent the villa along with one or two casitas.  Renting the compound gives you exclusive use of all three properties and upto 14 guests. 

- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, half of this amount is nonrefundable.
- The second 50% payment is due six weeks prior to arrival,  cancellations after this     are nonrefundable.   

-  We accept Visa and MC, we do not accept AmEX at this time.
- Grocery, liquor, and transportation costs are NOT INCLUDED  

- Rentals of Villa Ladera and rentals of two or more properties are subject to a 15% staff gratuity.  The staff receive 100% of this.

Yes, extended stays are available and recommended for the best experience.  We find most groups tend to book 7-10 day stays, as this allows guests to get into the relaxed rhythm of life in the Zona Romantica.

YES!  We celebrate each guest that walks through our gates and are proud to have a long and rich connection with the gay community.  We regularly host same sex couples and groups ... many of which stay with us annually.

As many guests have said over the years ... it couldn't be better!  Villa Ladera and Casitas is located directly across the street from Almar Resort and its world famous beach clubs Mantamar, Eden and rooftop bar, The Top.  This proximity allows you to cross the street and enjoy all the action or...  venture downtown to the restaurants, bars, clubs and nighttime festivities.

Unlike hotels, Villa Ladera offers a fully private experience with exclusive use of the property, personalized service, and more space for groups.
