She will be assisting you by tracking your arrival flights, meeting you with keys, showing you the property, introducing you to the staff and helping with anything you may need during your stay.

creating menus for Chef Hector's services (included in Villa Ladera rentals only, not casitas)

Each property has been hard wired with its own wifi hub to ensure clean and clear wifi signals for instagram updates, working remotely or keeping in touch with the outside world.

(Please note: due to the age of the home, the walls are made of thick cement and can affect signals in bedrooms/bathrooms).

Our incredible chef, Hector, will prepare meals for you and all your guests. From family style to four course... this is included in the villa rental (two meals per day/groceries and liquor are extra). Dining outdoors is a must!

There has never been a security incident at Villa Ladera. Video monitors in each residence ensure you know who is at the front door before they enter. The iron front gate locks automatically and is accessed by either a key or buzzer system. Ladera's front gate is located directly across the street from the Almar Resort and enjoys the peace of mind of their 24 hour security.
